We at Vensi understand each customer is unique with their own niche which translates into varying requests for us. To meet these requests we organized ourselves into groups to deliver our services in optimal paths which include the three delivery modes.

We at Vensi see the need to deliver our services to fit the needs of our customers. Based on our expertise we categorize our unique services under the following three broad categories.
On-site
Our consulting group has seen most demand with this delivery model due to the strong integration into our customer teams. We have consultants working across within the customer organization following the process and direction of the customer.
Off-shore
Our value added service is most seen with our off-shore services where a well defined process and methodologies provide unique value to our customers. Most of these services are offered thru our off shore location along with our partners. Our methodologies define a well-established communication model between remote locations and the client's locations. We make things happen on the other side of the globe just as you are here.
Outsource
Vensi offers a blended outsourcing model with On-site and Off-shore service and total ownership of the project managed end to end. Our well-defined process, keeping in mind remote delivery of solutions, systems and software deliver optimum value to our customer. We consider our methodologies to be a core competency, the methods and process that we have set up, ensure successful results expected by our valuable customers.
